This is the SanDiego Yacht Club former home of the America's cup skippered by Dennis Conner.
There are three Olson 40's parked in front.
In this area of the bay you will also find other area's of interest, in the southwestern corner is "Humpheries by the Bay" famous for it's summer concerts. You will also find several famous boats, this boat the Gentry Eagle for example holds the Trans-Atlantic speed record. it is currently up for sale if you have a few spare million, it can cruise at over 50 knots. After it won the title it was converted to an elegant cruising yacht.

Croc's (Owner of
Mc Donald's) boat is also in this bay somewhere. A boat like this
will load ~5000 gallons of fuel before going on a cruise.
